Those are the sized up ones, with 12awg wires and such, not that commonly used.
The smaller ones most people use, that I also sell are:
- 12S-16S, 15A discharge and 8A charge
- Dimensionally they are 63.5x50x11.5mm
- and the 16S plug is 36mm wide, 12S plug is 28mm wide
- 10S, 15A discharge and 8A charge
- Dimensionally they are 59x34.5x9mm

Also this is the PCB of the 16S-12S board’s as you can see the entire PCB is populated but the final 4 are shorted together internally and the JST is swapped out to the corresponding S count.

e2: Daly has a habbit of “lying” about those dimensions, 9mm is the tinnest part of the casing, 11mm shoud be the accurate thickness when battery builders are checking for them dimensions

I made a pack with it and it’s not bad, sets up like every other BMS but they have lugs instead of pigtails

how is the app and also the price makes it slightly cheap then an llt with what i believe is a smaller footprint in the 30a size
also is the 12s just a slightly adapted 20s?
as in if you buy 20s can you reasonably easily convert it to whatever voltage you like?
Sizzle-pants has endless power. Love the battery, but that BMS is a biggin’. Mine doesn’t have bluetooth.
no, 12s is a modify version of 16s, which require a different firmware also. same goes for 18s bms

yes, there is a way, but why would u do that? a 12s or 16s bms isn’t even expensive to start with

same pic + same size + on same webpage thought it might be
cause that way you can just order 16s and then whatever is require convert to that rather then thinking what exact voltage you will use

good luck contacting daly to get the firmware and also their software to flash the bms

Its just a settings file, not the entire whole software.
I asked LLT 12s to 10s settings file and they sent it without any issues.
So I guess it will be the same with daly
