The VX2 is a POS, if you don’t get it working get a refund and use a better remote. Every second day a thread pops up where a VX2 isn’t working, idk why people even buy that shitty thing considering it’s not even cheap.
Most likely fix will be switch the RX and TX cable on the receiver.
Anyway, here’s something to read, maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t. Either way, I’d recommend you toss the garbage and get a puck or a VX1 or something else.

We have been testing the new VX2 remote from Flipsky and ran into a problem.
When following the steps to connect the remote to the esc you may run into the problem of the remote doing nothing as shown here:

This problem exists due to the wiring of the receiver being wrong for 6.x.
On the Connector you will see following wiring: Red, open, White, open, Green, Orange, open, open

I just finished putting some new motors in my build, and now the remote doesn’t work, before I connect my vesc to the vesc tool to calibrate them the remote worked on the but the motors wouldn’t spin properly, and after all of this now the don’t nothing, not even a sound

I’ve tried everything. Punching it. Swearing at it. Promising to take it out for ice cream. Even holding it over an alligator infested swamp yelling “ POP QUIZ FOC BOX, YER BEING DANGLED OVER HUNGRY ALLIGATORS GOING 55MPH ! “ and then giving the ultimatum live or die?
