It has about 400N of thrust in the low end, 4000W of power at the top end, and a 45mph redline. Curiously, it feels like the thrust increases somewhat up to 25mph, itās not the sensorless transition so Iām not sure why it feels that way.

average speeds are usually around 30km/h when racing short track i think. I managed a 50km/h average the other day when i opened her up through the streets

Board is geared to 55-65km/h depending on track. Torque is decent but not mind blowing. I could do with greater acceleration as I get beat off the line still by lighter riders. Iām about 95kg rider weight. Overall i love this board but still want it faster. 3-links are definitely my favorite trucks for racing.

Geared to 57km/h and plenty of torque. Not as much as the race board (mostly because of larger diameter tyres) but plenty for offroad. Only thing Iād change is run lipo instead to make it lighter for jumping. Itās a tad on the heavy side so i pull up very sore through hips and shins after jumping .
My commuter is pretty juicy too but not worth listing stats really.

My favorite setup so far:
Dual 6384 170kV
1:5 gearing on
8ā tires
Running good old escapes
at 12s
80A battery and
110A motor per side.
There is never enough torque (so 7/10), but itās a good balance for me between top speed and torque.
Running 1:5.5 at the moment which does lack a bit of top speed with 170kV motors, so 1:5 is still my favorite.
Always a must have is
ramping time of 0.1s and adjusted throttle curve. As minimum with the Hoyt puck. Around 25% is about right for me.
Iād like to compare that one to a HV build one day, but guess not in near future.
@MoeStooge or @fessyfoo i know ive already gotten all the tech spec from you, but id be interested to hear about your torque satisfaction; How would your rate the SRB v5ās (or similar setupās) torque 1-10?
total current max: ~22 amps-30 amps (but probably much lower?)
avg speed: 21 mph - 23 mph if both motors cooperate
basic thane wheels
deck: ultra flat with flex if you weigh a normal weigh, but no flex for me

Also holy shit I was cutting it close with my hub motor last night. Any more use while the washer was broken in half and in it and the winding would have gotten cut through completely
I figure 6/10 for acceleration and torque. Not slow by any means but not crazy either. Settings are conservative so I can put more power through it but I am happy where itās at. Can power up hills no problem
I cruise around 20-25 with bursts Around 30mph. Not higher than that. Gets scary

Bad build do not replicate. It rides just fine from 0-25mph. On 12s with 190kv I seem to hit a wall where escs reach duty cycle around 27mph. Lame af, I want to go faster. Next set of upgrades will be new, lower kv motors (~170) and vescs that can handle higher erpm. My enclosure is a 3dp box that is tied onto the board with some dyneema - no additional hole drilled into the deck
actually i wouldnāt have said it when i first got on the board. it was basically more than i could handle. I thinkā¦ think i could go a little harder now having had practice.
Out of curiosity, does the SRB setup ever have the torque drop off, like when you hit a battery current limit in VESC? Or is it full torque all the way to redline?
The mamba can only report battery current AFAIK, so itās harder to figure out the low end torque as a benchmark
