Why are threads in the “Site feedback & updates” categories never pushed?

Usually when a thread gets traction it gets pushed. Appearing like a hot topic. That seems to never happen with this category. Same principle with the abused mod rights threads. A lot of people didn’t even see it before getting linked to it.
