since you are mechanically able and have the tools, look at this for inspiration…there’s another one that looks cleaner with lots of CNCed parts but I forgot who made it.

Ow wow!! I could definitely do that but i was going to try to go for lighter weight for the deck honstely i dont think anyone has done it before but i am going make it on my 3d pri ter then reforge with carbonfiber razer thin and ferrari shiny, but im going to be putting a 3 mm jacket on the outter edge with piezochromic paint, its unique it changes color due to pressure so the faster you go the brighter the aura of color or colors at 40mph it should go from black 
then peak at a almost glowing bright blue or red or both lol but yeah it should be quite the ordeal i just have no clue what parts to buy frinds

Deck: Haero Bro, Tomiboi or MBS Agent deck.
Trucks: Tito’s Duality is the hype rn.
ESC: Makerx D100s or SKP Solos.
Battery: @Skyart is best if you live in the US.
Wheel/tire: CNC hubs. Newbee, Linnpower, Etoxx, etc… Tires, whatever fit your needs.
Remote: Whatever is comfortable. HoytPuck is reliable, but stock shell can be uncomfortable for long rides.
Motors: SKP or Radium Reachers. SKP if you live in the US.
Drives: 3DSERVISAS or Etoxx, they might have all steel gears upon request.

Im trying to build it for trails but will need to be able to do pretty steep inclines , i plan on running the trails at mt fuji next year with it during the cherry blossom festivals in japan

I’m with @glyphiks . The Agent looks awesome and MBS built it with DIY in mind. You can modify it however you want. If this was available when I first got into EMTB would have bought it. Still might eventually.

Trails as in walking/dirt trails or rugged offroad?
Offroad imagine red clay of colorado if ur from us , i belive i will end up doing tungsten for the outer edges of the deck has alot of recovery potential it just needs to be able to take an absolute war of wear , also odd question as anyone ever tried to pair kite surfing with moutain boarding i am trying to think of ways to extend my range lil otta pocket but ya boi has to cover some GROUND lmao

Alright i think ima do both 
ill buy the 4wd explorer and im gonna pick up the featured items from the brands listed above and do a full build out im gonna make my own wheels so i can run bigger tires , have to be careful 
with the gear pully ratio or ur building rockets lmao ither way all in under 10k ish not horrible however so many people say something it has to be true so ill see if i can out build the best !!! I dont get on a pc much like this but i will try to post as it goes and video compare wish me luck!!

Yeah, not at all jealous of your budget… One thing though, if you’re already buying a gear drive consider making your DIY a chain drive. I run both and for some stupid reason nothing makes me happier than running the chains. @Facko is a chain wizard. He even worked with me to design a push fit adapters so no bolting sprockets to the hub required. Tire rotations are done in minutes.

The one im makeing will have a complete carbon deck with tungsten armor plates and the paint jacket on the front and the rear mabey a lil bio lume in the decks last resin coat so she sings like running water in the moonlight 
and burning down a hill glows like a star
