they sell the 420kv version that may work?
Why go Inrunners at that point 
Why would you want to use Inrunners on 12s when the setup is specifically designed for 800kv 8s inrunners. The motors are different. 800kv can do hundreds of amps, 420 can only do 93

however to build a true race board a vesc wont be able to handle the current required for a 800kv motor so you will have to go rc esc
i was considering building a true race board but i really wanted vescs in it

Also I’d recommend really mastering your current board before thinking of the next one. You haven’t even touched the surface of what’s possible on your current board.

my new board is awesome however the truth is the huge trucks mean that it just cant compete around anything tight.
on big straights and roads its a beast but take it to a smaller track/carpark and you aint turning.
contemplating changing to 3 link awd and selling that drive train

Try loosening your setup or getting softer bushings. Get good at riding fast on soft trucks

I am hoping to do some racing with this set up but also want a build I can do long rides on.

so for anyone interested
@boardnamics has offered to make a single batch of his AT drives for the nkp trucks
they are mod 1 hardened steel and 10mm wide helicals so you can shove a ton of power through them
he says a set will be roughly 400$ (may increase slightly) and he will be offering in only a single gear ratio other then the ones he has in stock (a poll will be made)
he says he would want roughly 10 dual units ordered so if you are interested post below
