For the neoBOX conformal coating is only done for production unit. The changes we made are small and if anyone have problem with their neoBOX when testing then we replace them at no cost. This is why we do testing.

Your neoBOX is working no problem like everyone else and we already now paying close attention to more QC and have swapped cable supplier for phase wires.

The case need to change because our worker glue capacitor before they put into case so they not straight and needed taller case.

And we help if problem. But neoBOX is working no problem. Some solder ball and flux is not good and we already change QC process for production batch.

But for test batch we say to replace if there any problem. There is no problem for neoBOX operation.

I’d encourage you to not be concerned. Jeff(ery) has shown that he delivers, and you have PayPal protection in the end, so really all this drama is just fuel… no worries.

I did once, right after conformal coating them.

I am sooo close to having a proper setup to really chew on them.

The 12s10p 40t pack is done, in shrink wrap.

All the wiring is good to go. But the pack is so heavy, that I need to make a legit riser that can carry the weight.

I don’t ruin 500$ in raw cells alone.
