LIPO Charge only Smart BMS wiring Guide

Alright folks, have some time on my hands so decided to make this guide. We are going to be wiring 4x 3s lipo batteries to a smart Bluetooth LTT bms (available on https://www.lithiumbatterypcb.com/ ) in charge only to make a 12s lipo. The goal here is to be able to monitor individual cell voltages from a smartphone and charge the batteries from a charge port on the enclosure and not have to take them out every time. esk8Life 12s BMS How to Wire?

Main thing is how to wire it when it has 13 wires. 0 is Neg I get that its also black. Red is Positive or what I assume to be 12 or the end of the pack but RED is 13th wire. The balance wires have 11 WHITE. So with RED and BLACK I have 13. I assume to go from BLACK to 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 etc and make the last be the RED one. Im staring to think I should be going from RED then leaving the last BLACK wire on the LIPO open for the BMS connection to a C-.

Bms for 2x 6s Lipos

Hey guys i just picked up a 12s bms and im wanting to hook it up to my 6s lipos so i dont need to carry a lipo charger around wiht me on group rides, plug and run is what im after. i got an 8amp charger sitting around from my lion pack but i was wondering if their was anyone in melbourne who could wire up a bms with connectors for 2 6s lipo packs so i could plug and play.

True. I usually pull the extra metal plug out of the connector so that it can’t possibly touch anything. I use lipo packs with BMS units and I don’t like actually cutting the real balance connectors off, so I solder a male side on the other end, thus I can pull the pin out of the male side to forego that connection I get what you are saying though
