I am not trying to enforce anything, I’m just trying to teach a lesson. Dibs or reserving is selfish and problematic for everyone, both buyers and sellers. The next time I loose something because someone calls dibs then backs out, I’m showing up in the person’s bedroom and force them listen to me lecture on free market trade practices and how Trampa doesn’t have any :).
