I’ve ran the sensor wires and connected them all up, just to select “sensorless” in the settings — more than one time.
Living on the edge man! Be careful!
After my crash I now spend more time analyzing the road for cracks than riding in fear of falling
My actual first post after lurking and reading both forums for a while now.
Bought a CGT off of eBay (for pretty cheap actually since it was “used but with only one battery cycle”) about a year or so ago with the intention that I was going to upgrade it with li-ion cells and maybe new motors and whatnot. One year later I decided it time but then a few weeks later with no recollection what happened or where my bank account went, I have parts for a whole new broad which I am not in the process of finishing up lmfao.
I’m excited to share the build. With that another confession: I forgot to document the entire build because I was so excited hahaha.
Post it up, we want to see!
I confess I’m giddy as a school-girl… they finish repaving, and re-coating the asphalt roads in my neighborhood tomorrow,
have to confess , last night was the first time ever I’ve gone out in heavy rain on purpose - testing water resistance, felt so liberating flying thru 5inch puddles
SCOTLAND’s WEATHER can suck a fat dick now
Our weather just turned to shit in the last 24 hours. It was hot up until yesterday, like sweating hot, now I am wearing a coat and hat and shit.
Soon enough there will be ice all over the ground.
Oh God help it’s happening in Utica too ;_;
I can’t skate when it gets too cold, my body reacts poorly to the cold and I get
as frozen/stiff as a 9 ply maple
And this sounds unfortunate…i wanted to ride.
It’s beads of sweat down your crack hot every day of my life in Texas
I confess i changed my profile pic on the other forum to something

but sexy AF
i was setting up my first motors bat vesc etc and when the motor test came up on the vesc tool program i didn’t realize the body of the motor spins ( thought it would just be the key way ) so i held onto the motor, pressed play and it ended up jumping out of my hand and fell 2 feet, scratched my fake hardwood floors ( 2 foot ark ) as it fell it disconnected from the battery. I was so startled i jumped back in my chair and didn’t know what to do.
I also felt really cool when I saw torqueboards new trucks and knew they had rip tide’s installed with out being told so.
you’re lucky it didnt take off a fingertip
Ya I was listening to 5 youtube videos and reading 3 articles at the same time, one said I can just hold the motor… Forget that never again waiting for trucks for now on.
What trucks come with riptide bushings pre installed?
