LMFAO🤣
I feel your pain
@boardnamics trucks are s’posed to have Riptide bushings. Not sure if he had to be told to do that though. For me, split trucks take the cake in the quest for stability ![]()

I have to admit I went out curb jumping… 9 out of 10 successful landings isn’t bad… I’ll heal…
I must admit that everytime I do not ride for a couple weeks I feel like a noob for the first km of next ride.
fuck dude. this is so true. also my legs/calves hurt too when i get on after a few weeks.
I have a battery to finish yet I’m looking at a DieBieMS under a microscope trying to figure out why the USB isn’t registering.
Because
You haven’t hooked it up to the battery yet…
Confession: It’s for a completely different neglected build languishing and hitting my eye too often
I found a local group of boosted riders and have been group riding with them and one wheelers
Yesterday a dude showed up with a @torqueboards 12s4p battery and bergmeisters on a sector 9 deck.
Somehow he isn’t on the forums. Howdafuq do you even know about diy building materials without being a member here? He was a decent rider too. Clearly my new favorite dude in the group.
Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of his setup and this photo was the first group ride I went on.
You need to ROMANCE him.
Have you given it power input?
Oh nevermind @mishrasubhransu beat me to it
I like that you skipped the obvious heterosexual bromance comment and went for true love.
A Renaissance Man indeed.
I have a second which registers simply by plugging in the usb cable, nothing else.
But yes tried battery and balance cables, I’ll maybe try talking to jtag and @fedestanco
Is it a different hardware version?
Shouldn’t need balance to connect the tool. Just power input, at least on my 3x units
My amazon esk8 wish list is fuckin ridiculous, massive and strange
.
I soldered my first bullet Connectors directly to a esc this week. ive always made half ass extension/Adapters (or had others make them for me)
Was gonna try and make my own loopkey but realized I gave away my last xt90s. Oh well
Ive still got two from @b264
And don’t sleep on AS150. Very pleased.
I shrunk some PVC heat shrink around 10AWG wire with a butane lighter last night. It worked surprisingly well.
No shame in that, I prefer using the hot air rework station I don’t use as a hot air rework station to do those but lighter works.
I’m going to need a better high temp solution this weekend, have to shrink 220mm and 240mm flat diameter PVC wrap around these two babies.
(pic is of earlier unfinished packs, not most recent)
Heat gun not a option?
