Can anyone confirm Evolve has fixed their AT hubs?

The hubs don’t retain the bearing well enough and the slop turns into wobble.

They made a video about it 6 years ago How To Fix Clicking Bearings || Evolve Skateboards - YouTube

So you would think they fixed the mold.

Otherwise even if you shim the bearing some of the ones I have still wobble off center.

Received mine secondhand so I don’t know how old they are.

They have not fixed it, as it still happens on the Hadean.

I’ve just stopped using mine altogether. I look else where for esk8 parts now and try to stay away from anything evolve.

These look promising for a evolve rim swap

They do. A 47t gear is what I use now. Not really into stretching the tires though and they don’t have the drive gear bearing?

Maybe you can find some bergs with @moon @longhairedboy 47t pulleys

But I don’t know if you will have enough axle length it could be a trial and error thing so it might not be worth the money

You can’t use standard tires with bergs though, right?

Why is this hub thing such a mess? Can’t they just make a good normal hub for 6" lol

@Savage1 makes kegel pulleys for pneumatics

Yes they only fit 6x2 clevers or if you can find the OG haggy tires

What about Metroboards hubs?

Swap the bearing for 8mm will they fit an evolve/vereal setup?

Good question @jack.luis is the metro guy but if they fit on their Dkps they should probably fit on evolves DKps

InfinityHubs are the best I’ve used so far. they have all the mounting options, easy tire/tube swaps and with some rim tape I’ve had no issues with blowouts.

Yes but they are all sold with 10mm bearings not 8mm

I mean if you can swap them even with a press that’s not a big issue

jesus that’s the price for one hub?
