I feel that this new ESC needs a discussion, it was brought up amidst the jedbox thread but quickly dropped. To me it looks like it has potential to be a nice option for its price but I’ve heard nothing about it.

Layout looks close to ESCape / VESC
the inductor under the DRV as well as the weird corner diode
looks to be missing the mpu though in the bottome right

cant be many pennies on the dollar at that price.
BoM cost in massproduction (series of hundreds) are about 70-80 bucks each, for the electronics only, not enclosure and rubber seals etc.
Then theres another 5 mins assembling them. That amounts to hours after awhile, that someone need a wage on.
oh saw now its limited to 30 pieces. makes sense

Was the shipping pretty quick? I feel like making a “for the community” purchase
I ordered Sunday. It showed up today.
So 5 days from Hong Kong.
I live kinda rural so DHL had to pass it off to a courier to deliver.
