WTB: WCS 40-41" Deck (Honu / Ti-Honu Era)

Im looking to build my own DIY,
but im looking for a specific deck
i genuinely love the look of it…
(and before the comments come rolling, yes i know
WCS is defunct & also that Psychotiller is [RIP], but,
the least i can do is ask around & see if anyone knows)
I would be willing to pay & maybe trade random parts,
any esk8 knowledge/community love is appreciated

That radial drop is crazy :exploding_head:

I have 2 Llamas if you happen to be into that deck.

It’s quite a bit different.

The black one is in pretty good condition. But it’s shipped a little funny because that is how Dave rolled.

The brown one I even put a whole through.

Those “hexl” trucks you had on the Llama looked so rad!

TKP before it was popular.

I appreciate it, but not it’s really what im looking for,
i really have my heart set on this deck/style-design
for my future DIY build that i know will be cool

I get it.

The deck you want is really cool and striking, and I hope you find something you like.

check out @tomiboi Liquid Sword and Odashi as possible considerations.

Ya know, it’s pretty funny you mention that EXACT brand…
i acutally HAD been considering the Sword 38, but then i went
& measured the 2 decks i ride and discovered that they’re both
40” decks, so I’m needing a deck that’s between 40 - 44”
i was debating on Red Ember, but im not rly a fan of the style,
and those wood designs stand out too much for my build’s look

The RedEmber 44 feels way way bigger than a 40 inch long board.

His boards are works of art.

oh no doubt! its just not the look/build im going for,
so maybe im looking for 40 - 42” length deck then

I really like the Rayne Demonseed 42.

And the DB Paradigm below.

That’s kinda the thing i dont like about the majority of decks,
there’s only a slight “drop” on the front/end of the board,
there’s no concave effect for the feet to help lock them in
that why the deck i posted i love so much, its has everything
(im used to completely flat longboards, so i’ve been dying for a concave deck)
P.S. nice simplistic build though

If anybody knows anyone who was involved with, or associated with the WCS brand at all, can you please tag them in hopes that there might be someone who knows something…
There HAS to be a Rider out there that has the design-molds or the leftover stock maybe?

I am fairly certain one of Dave’s buddy out of Colorado got the press.

They made boards under Kynd.

I think Mboars used some of their decks.

I am afraid the specific deck you want is a Unicorn.

Im actually very good friends with Adam (Kynd),
would be worth having a conversation with him…
Also, rare as it may be, i like hunting Unicorns…
Makes the challenge that much more rewarding!

Good for you dude.

I’m super impatient and it bites me all the time.

Maybe try these decks from tgm Moose Drop Down Deck 8" x 40" Baked Bamboo – TGM Skateboards

They look nice and low

too narrow on the width, my foot would hang off

  • im not wanting to deal with painting the deck
im going for collecting parts & assembling build

He has a 9.75 inches wide deck

I personally have a landyachtz evo and it is nice too (i wish it was a little longer)
