Yes, the D140 also works, except charging up to 15A and no accessories circuit, so you would use this diagram

You had a machinist reduce the diameter of the front of your shafts?
Those motor axles are case-hardened so if you cut them smaller, you would lose the hardening on that part.

I only know one place here with a lathe and I wouldnāt trust them for precision work anyways.
