Tynee Explorer Discussion

I like tynee, and I own a Tynee Ultra that treats me well. But it’s the most budget boards you can get, out of the decent brands. Theres cheaper than that, but then you’re going into dog shit territory.

By that I mean that Tynee for now is just trying to make the best possible product in the cheapest way possible. So, while the specs are good, and while they dont have too much reliability issues so far, they are not polished at all, use the cheapest bushings and bearings and trucks and motors and so on, and with fit and finish that is only acceptable at best.

Again, they still somewhat succeed at being reliable, and they go far, and fast, but there is better boards out there with much more efforts put into the details, and the overall quality of the package, than tynee.

Just to let y’all know. The issues I was having have been resolved by pairing with another remote.

I’m running 2 explorers now. One Street and one AT. Got to say I’m happy all things considered. Things to note.
Upgrade to quality belts and the board runs significantly more quiet. Wowgo sell contitech, evolve sell gates or my favourite motus strongbelt. All have kevlar and run quiet.
I’ve slimmed my 6inch evolve pneumatics and now 3 out the 4 run much straighter. And puncture free - touch wood. I’m saving the 150mm hotas for spring.
Running meepo 110mm rubber wheels means I can keep rolling through this most soggiest winter on the street board.
Customization via the remote is an absolute game changer. Being able to adjust power, acceleration, speed limit, wheel size, ride modes and able to read voltage levels on the fly is amazing. I tinker alot as a consequence and can charge the boards more accurately.
Rock solid connection which is essential as I’m mainly rolling through London.
On the AT I’m running tkp rear and dkp front. On the street board I’m tkp rear and rkp front. All with my own selection of bushings and both running super sweet.
P42a have performed really well through this cold winter.
Looking to swap the deck on the AT for meepo or hadean bamboo as the explorer is too narrow for my size 12s.

Where is the misleading marketing? All our specs are listed in the product page. Which other company is so transparent?

Who tell you our customer service is not good? A lot of customers said our customer service is the best in this industry. What problem did you encounter that we didn’t solve for you?

Who tell you our quality control is not good? In fact our board after sale rate is the lowest in this industry (at least one of the lowest). because we all use real top grade parts to make it. we sell it cheap because we cut the marketing cost. we can say our boards quanlity are the best on the market. and many brands let other third party factory to produce their products. we don’t. we only produce the products in our own factory which only produce E-boards. I don’t know why you say our quality control is not good? can you show that?

Which board we don’t use P42A and said it’s P42A? All the info on our product page is clear.

It is true that we didn’t prepare enough stock at that time, and all that boards are sold out very soon. We also feel sorry and provide you with a discount upgrade plan. If you do not want to upgrade, we will give you a full refund. Why do you want to smear us because of this.

I’m sorry for the above words, because I’m really angry. It’s not correct that we provide good products and good customer service with our heart, but attract such smear. If you want to know how about Tynee, please listen to Tynee’s real customers. Thank you.

So far, we have sold thousands of E-boards, but I remember that only one customer’s truck was broken by the car so far, and we also gave him a free truck to replace. You claiming “yada yada yada” on an internet forum is not a display of customer satisfaction. Once you get your head out of your ass, you’ll see your ACTUAL customers on reddit complaining about poor part quality.

Because he is not our customer, but he is tarnishing our products and services. This is irresponsible. It’s like a person who hasn’t used an iphone telling you that iphone is poor in products and services.

You can see how many Tynee reall customers like us in Reddit and INS. Ususally we never care what people say on the Internet, but this time we suddenly saw your comments were really outrageous.
