Torqueboards TB110 Really Big wheels [Serious]

Btw these wheels with a deck that has the smallest amount of flex like an evo is a very very comfy ride. I like these wheels better than my pnumatics

More range than pneumatics too

Didnt see a significant decrease In range compared to 107s I did 54miles on these wheels with my 12s8p and I had 18% battery left when I got to my car. I think if I ride slow and push a bit further I could do 65mile range on these wheels.

Pnumatics would be about half maybe.

I love pneumatics on the right build, in the right environment. But man, really nothing beats carving on even descent streets with quality big thane.

Pneumatics are pretty carvy too. I guess, that’s why nobody has just one setup.

the TB110 are amazing, i hit a road mango today at about 20mph and the biggest issue was getting the pulp off my legs

I can ride over a road reflector with my 90mm’s…

What were you doing, riding backwards or something? /s

Hmm man, I think your wrong bro. I can go over any road reflector with my 50mm skateboard wheels, I have no clue what happened but it’s not the wheels. Also remember that that’s the first thane you have ever rode, and you gotta get used to it.

I can only speak from my perspective. Previous encounters with road debris on 85mm o-tangs (non esk8) have ended differently for me. Read less fruit and more human pulp. To your point, when hit larger obstacles with mtb tires its a different story as well. so different tools for different applications. the TB110 have worked well for me but i only have about 100 miles on them. if my experience changes as the miles increase i’ll be certain to provide feedback to the group.

Dude, I hate those reflector things, they will get caught up with the spin of your motors. Don’t try to topple the reflectors with the rubber like flingers

I’ve gotten about 100miles now with these wheels and I really like them. I expected a learning curve because I’ve only ridden pnumies before. Now that I’m used to them I couldn’t imagine going back. Ofcourse this is all personal preference and heavily depends on your local road conditions. The 110’s feel better on smooth roads than any pneumatic tires I’ve ridden in the past. The grip is also really good. I’ve found that course roads feel horrible at low/medium speeds, but once at around 30+mph the wheels smooth out and are still very grippy and stable. When there are pebbles or debris on the road the wheels either fling or run over them very well. I would use caution near cars and people though, I’ve sprayed the shit out of some parked cars on accident with rocks and pebbles. Overall I’m very happy with the 110’s, consider this guy a fanboy.

Are these wheels being sold by a European vendor?

The description sounds similar without the branding on the wheels.

ā€œMade in USA poured in California our REALLYBIG Thane Formula allows for SUPER SOFT rides, high speed rolling and insane traction control.ā€

Sounds like a copy paste from diy lol

Oh wait:

ā€œMade in USA poured in California our REALLYBIG Thane Formula allows for SUPER SOFT rides, high speed rolling and insane traction control.ā€

It is. Even the same product picture lol

Probably they didn’t take new pictures and use the product page from TB. Also @EboardSolutions has them but he took nicer picture though

Why wouldn’t they want to say that they are TorqueBoards wheels though?

Because they are the same guys that buy elofty, meepo, crownwheels boards and put a logo on top…say ā€œDamn that is really good in my opinionā€ and call them their own boards  Maybe you did not see the name on top

Lol didn’t know they had that reputation. Sucks to see some great like TB have their product stolen and remarketed without credit

made in Cali … ā€œShips directly from Germanyā€

I don’t think they are stolen. I hope TB has a contract with the Factory and they actually bought the wheels from them. So win win for both.
