The Smörğasbord |trampa HS11|TB6|Kaly Drive|APS 6380 170kv| 12s5p QB26800

Decided to make a small 12s4p out of some hg6 cells I had laying around, same enclosure as the 3 on the bottom, but this one will go as a top mount and replace that bottom mount battery while I sort out what deck I want to replace this 15 ply holy pro

Anyone with a kaly deck they dont want HMU :cowboy_hat_face:

@Agressivstreetlamp if you scroll all the way to the top, you can see what I did with those 26800s lol

Ordered the 18ply Trampa bigboi! Exited for this deck! It is wider and 4 inches long then the holypro. Not to mention stiffer! Wooot! Will be selling that holypro

Why more clearance?
It’s less curved and the truck mounting position is the same. So in fact it’s even lower than the usual holy pro

My guess is he is comparing it to the Haero, in which case he may be correct.
IMO however none of these decks are suitable for an enclosure this thick with these tires. OP needs to go to 8" tires at least if he is to have some clearance.

Lol these are 8" tires

Because it is less flexy…I might expresed my self bad, but during riding you get more clearance from that fact…But yes your are right about that…quarantine plus drinking it is a bad mix for my foreing language…So I guess I am going to keep expresing my self bad for a while…sorry for that…cheers to you…

Agree with you, but risers and 10 inch wheels…and your are good to go…

You are right
In that case you need bigger 8" tires

I’m not too proud to put 9" tires on there! Lol!

We will just call them 8" on the large side.

those thick tubs are for a double stack of 26800’s?

sounds insanely thicc to me but @b264 runs a double stack 26650 under his shortboard with 110mm urethane wheels and risers.

The tubs forbath doublestack 26800 or triple stack 18650 lol

now that’s thicc! that 4:1 drive was designed around single stacks and urban treads

I also have 10S5P under there in 18650 but stood on end, vertical to ground, under a short deck

I would but I dont think the five stars are compatible with kaly drive
