I remember seeing some of you guys build your own LiPo battery packs out of individual pouches.
What do I need to turn this

Into this

Very carefully.

The tabs of lipo cells are often spot-welded together and that makes them very difficult to separate and connect back together.

They’re also often made of aluminum, which makes them nearly impossible to solder without special flux and solder.

At least dry-humped. It can be done, just not easily.

 felt like 280$ for 4 of em shipped in under a day was a good deal

Why not use them as is? Just different layout in enclosure.

I might. I don’t have them till tmrw but I have a feeling they’re gonna be…long?

2" x 1" x 12" (top mounted)

Where did you buy them?

eBay from a local guy

Matching it with the stormcore?

Yeah :slightly_smiling_face: still missing a few key components like an MTB and motors but it’s gonna be a quick build once I get all the parts. First build took ages cus of all the research. This one, I feel like I have a good grasp of knowledge

Needs helps please :frowning:
Rebuilding this 10s2p for my friends scooter due to a bad P group. Built the pack and I hooked up the BMS as it was originally but not getting any voltage out of the main connector (which is connected to battery positive and P- on the PCB)

I get 34.4v between battery positive and battery negative though

And this is how it was originally wired

BMS has probably tripped from a fault. Verify balance and restart the BMS, see if she plays nice after
