Yeah, battery could only be 8 cells wide, but had to be atleast 12s3p, I think this is the last time I’m gonna get this creative lol

do you have the balancing option turned on? it should balance it out. What I do is balance from 3.7 to 4.2V. Idc how good you think the cells are. that’s balance feature isn’t available to every bms i’ve seen so use it to your advantage.
