Yeah when they are abused they swell up for sure. Thats why i’m joining 3 of them together 
hopefully they’ll do what they are supposed to without puffing up.
Just gotta do the balance wires. And then build an enclosure for this monstrosity

Not routing anything, it is one of the early hummie decks and I believe it has more plys then the others. At the moment Dave is rebuilding the battery as we found out that 3 p groups are near dead, can’t seem to figure out what happened

Pack 3 done, the last one gets completed tonight, then it’s on to the rest of the wiring and soldering some XT90’s.
I added cardboard at the ends this time to provide some protection to terminals, but more so to protect the PVC shrink wrap from the DIY copper busbars that has some pointy non-plastic-friendly bits on the corners.
I also had to improvise a bit on my PVC wrapping, or I wouldn’t have had enough for completing my last 5P group tonight.
