Are cells okay to use is the head and tail are slightly dented from pull off tabs?
Any advice on using a dremel to clean cells?
Dremeling cells is easy, but you should buy new shrink wrap for each one first since itās easy to destroy the wrap. Careful to keep them from shorting when you remove the wrap
Unused a stone wheel and it worked beautifully, it also makes them very easy to solder to

Yeah Iām using a stone grinder bit. A conical shaped one so I can get really precise and not hit the wrap. Okay just wanted to check thanks!
Just wrapped up 130 cells. That took way long than I thought it would.
Could someone recommend a cheap amazon BMS? I need something fast. It doesnāt have to be long term, as I plan to replace it with something decent later on.

I am using one of these successfully in my 10s4p meepo battery, after a few charge cycles it charges my board to 100%! And 42 volts. This is great because I built the pack out of used cells that were fairly close in voltage, but deffiently needed balancing

Top mount mbt. Almost nothing else that will be able to use it. Itās going to double as the ebike battery.

okā¦ why the fukk canāt we have a simple 10s and 12s, small, cheep, no discharge, balance only at 4.15 volts 10s @8amp (i only use 4) and 12s @10amp (I only use 8)

ok that guy shamus ā¦ he has his flexi-flyer BMS with usbā¦can-fukking-bus, heās been developing for like 2 years, itās really small and really trikā¦ but why doesnāt he design us a k00l simple balance only BMS while we await his perfectionā¦ we have all these app bluetooth BMSs why canāt we just have a cheepā¦reliableā¦SMALL BMSā¦
