So does that mean the eleventh wire on a 10s battery goes to main battery possitive?

You only have 11 pins. That is one pin for each cell positive and one for main negative.

Well yeah. B1 is first negative (often common rail as main B-), B2 is second point, all the way to B11 which is last positive position?

Yeah. It fucks with me how they start from 0. B- should be B0, group 1 B1 etc… but they just have to make it confusing 
Anyway, thats only a problem if you follow the diagram. Diagrams are for wussies. Just plug shit in and see what happens

The only diagram I ever followed was a diebiems diagram. Pretty sure it started from 0

I mean technically since electricity flows from negative to positive, it should be 0, -1, -2…

The point is, Stick a volt meter at the very first negative pin and probe each sequential pin. Every pin should add 1 cell voltage. Every pin from negative goes up until last pin which should now measure full batt voltage.
Should not need to say don’t let your probes touch. Or you’re gonna be re-doing that connector again.

Meh. I prefer to play on the wild side. Just 2 standard probes on 2mm pins. It’s just like the game of operation everyone played as a kid, except buzzer is more like a bang and there is more consequence. But what is life on the boring road, live a little.

I just tried to charge my spim08hp pack but my BMS stopped because the cells are unbalanced by .2V so I need to manually get the rest up. I was relieved to find out my BMS is fully functional given my rapid uncoordinated construction methods.

Nah, voltage cut is going to be all wrong for charge. And I think it wouldn’t even charge, it will think there is 2 dead groups and open the charge fets.
