Connect the busbar with tabs if you don’t wanna solder on top of the cells.
Those are all on tabs that are folded back over the cell.

Is it ok to connect a 5V charger to a cell and then control it to not let if overcharge?
I guess it would somewhat work, but it isn’t a good idea probably because you won’t have real CC/CV charging which would have a constant current until max voltage is hit and then vary current to keep that voltage until the cell is fully charged. If the charger is 5v you won’t ever enter CV mode.
Edit: what type of charger are you referring to? Those USB phone type chargers aren’t really chargers, they are just 5v DC power supplies. The charging circuit is inside the phone.

This 10s BMW has a b- and a b1 does that basicly mean there are 2 wires on the same point of the battery? Both at main negative?

No. B- is on main negative, b1 is on group 1 positive or preferably group 2 negative.
