I used fedex ground. You will have to go a office that has a hazardous goods specialist.

Not too expensive or difficult.

I went to UPS Store and just told him what it was.
Played dumb, paid $20 or so but it was a big and heavy box so not too bad

Yes, The positive charge lead should go to B+. The negative charge wire should go to C- is your BMS has one, or if not, it should go to P-.

Remember to fuse your shit.

Yes you can. I am using same fuse, but 7.5A

High vibrations may cause this fuse to fail prematurely. The mini blade fuses are pretty popular

But if this fuse will be installed between silicone wires, don’t you think their flexibility will dampen those vibrations?

Fuck this is a ridiculously good price on power/capacity. Unfortunately I really can’t think of an esk8 use (aside from having something relatively mediocre and chunky but at a great price) for them… Not even spotwelding unless you can separate the 60AH packs (but then you’d be paying a lot of money for spot welding power you’d never really fully use…)
