Buttttt I think you did this design job didn’t you…

And your a pro with inserts so :joy: @longhairedboy

Well it depends on the price. I wouldn’t mind spending some time on fixing stuff like that. I can take it off you hand for free too :joy:.

yeah those are a couple of customs I did pretty recently. I do my own inserts. furniture grade brass bladed ez-lok threaded inserts and m4 bolts with conical washers.

Been straight flogging this one for the last three days. Probably 60ish miles and real stable until 30ish. I 240 and need better bushings. LOVE IT.

Can’t believe it
If you are in US shipping costs from EU would be at least 30-50$ I guess

How Arnt you stable past 30 on that thing

Lol I bought a banged up hummie for 30$+80$ shipping (which has still not arrived :sob:, fuck coronavirus).

I’m 240+ and haven’t ridden a skateboard in almost 30 years. Switching to TB anodized undercarriage and will make sure to get the right bushings.

You would have to wait for this one too. This (broken) one is still going to go Etoxx next week to look into something (drives).

So probably we are talking at least 1-2 months here.

No worries, before anything else, I hope you get taken care of by the seller if there is something in the works.

there’s a trick to using the ez-lok tool in two easy steps:

  1. throw the ez-lok tool away
  2. drill your holes for the inserts and get a bolt and put one insert on the bolt followed by a smaller outer diameter washer followed by a larger outer diameter washer followed by the insert you actually want in the board. Put the head of the bolt in your favorite drill/driver with a torque setting of about 5 and drive it into the hole until it starts clicking, then back out and behold how the wood in the deck just wraps back around the insert because you pressed it back in with the washer.

True that, that’s basically what I did, and everything came out sexy as can be !
