So when you first got the deck the inserts just wouldn’t come out? What was the issue he had told you about beforehand? I’m waiting on a board/enclosure from Brad as well, now you’ve got me concerned he may not be using good inserts?
May be yours is perfectly fine? Fingers crossed.
Bradley told me before shipping that the enclosure would not really fit (because of the inserts). I said, okay, please send me the deck anyway, may be I can fix it. I tried and figured that I cannot.
Yet still charged you the same price even after the inserts were not done correctly ?? @hans_maier

So were you given the option to accept it with the potential issues? I’m just missing how you were aware it wasn’t going to fit, but still decided to accept it
Hope is not always a virtue plus I wanted that deck badly.
(PS: I also asked for pictures for better judgement, but did not receive any.)
No option to get another one made for you in replace of this one ?

I guess I should not have, but I ordered the same deck (Century 40) from them again - this time just plain wood with a fibre glass buttom and, of course, without any enclosure mounting et cetera. A (full) discount on this last order would have been nice gesture, I agree.
@kadeanderson I asked for that before making the last order - no answer, so I just odered/paid again (see above). (You nailed it actually; and one of the reasons to make this public perhaps. I thought the community should be aware of that. Although things can always go wrong, of course. However, this is not the issue.)

I have been experimenting with different inserts, and the first ones I got were complete brass GARBAGE.
Now I have some stainless steel EZ-Lok M4 inserts and it’s much better.
We shipped @hans_maier board “as-is” because it was very late and that’s what we agreed upon at the time. Obviously I owe him a replacement deck at this time.

I also understand that you just started on offering enclosures together with decks which is pretty cool.
