Thoughts on wearing a wing suit and trying to open up and take off when you hit 100?

Its probably doable at that speed.
Which is kinda scary…and kinda awesome.

Wingsuiter here, taking off will be the easy part, it’s that slowing down that’s gonna suck!

Well she came together alot faster than anticipated…maybe because i make magnetics all the time now…and this is basically a Magnetic on super crack.

The set up is
18s8p 18650 Sony Murata VTC5 cells
Quad Solo ESC
Quad 245KV 6485
4wd Finality gear drive with HUGE hub
212mm scooter tire
2.2:1 gearing

Top speed is elegedly around 138mph

The gearing is so incredibly ineficinet…I can easily pull full throttle at standstill.

Hence the 500+ motor amps at no mph lol

My son LOVES this thing

I don’t think the calc puts into account the sheer size of your cajones.

It might actually be faster with the extra gravitational pull

Oh no no…dont misunderstand…I will not be atempting anything crazy…but il take applications from anyone who wants too

Only if he holds his balls in front of him while accelerating

We’ve gone from water bottle counterweights for acceleration to gravitational testicle aided acceleration in just a few months, technology is wild.

Thanks for clarifying, here I was assuming that’s just what you look like IRL.

Craaazy. And pretty too.

Have a location for high speed runs?

clocked 39 mph (phone GPS app) on my modded ecomoble et. I’ll stand on your death trap on a smooth straight road and see what happens. and it seems like 3 link is really taking over now, guess i’m putting 3 link on the et, dont know the motors or esc but ~150-200A. decently solid drop down deck i think can hold ok power.

Sort of, I’m going to ride it around at reasonable speeds first to see how it holds up before I begin looking for crazyness

that’s terrifying, ecomobl’s quality control is practically non-existent… I’ve owned 2 ETs and both of them cut out and caused horrible crashes, my roommate broke his collarbone that way

ride safe :pleading_face::grimacing:

80mph more to go

If you are in Michigan I might be able to get you a couple runs on a runway lol, I would say I could get it up there in speed, but surely would bust my ass past 80mph

I cant imagine how the exponential speed feel would be past it.
