Did 60 miles in the first week (didn’t use the car at all). Unfortunately, it rained the last few days, but it’s cleared up now!
Had my first big fall on my first ride. Did 16 miles from my house to downtown Ventura and back with 25% left. Half a mile from home, I lost control and ate it at like 15mph. Had on my new waxed canvas jacket, it’s badass. Huge fan of waxed canvas, it is so tough and looks dope. Definitely bruised up my arms, but zero scrapes thanks to the jacket.

I hop on mine pretty much every day. Even if for just a tiny bit.

Yes, dammit! 
Thought long and hard about getting the XR during the sale, but got the pint x instead and have wondered ever since if that was the right call. If I didn’t have a GT coming, I definitely would have pull the XR trigger. I actually feel like the XR still might be better for me personally than the GT, since I’ll be doing mostly urban riding.

hoping that i can get it on there without fucking shit up.
and that is settles down the squirlyness a bit, so I can stop wanting an XR…
and yeah Adam, @Adam0311 I also ponder if I should have gotten the XR…
i want that larger standing platform…
but I am sure i woudl have had to change the tire too.

No I don’t.
Two reasons: I couldn’t bring my self to buy such an old product for the same price as the pint x (if it was pint vs xr, obv xr). And second, I love the size of the pint x, it just fits the way I use it.
Yes the XR’s stability, less intense pushback, etc is dope, but I really like the x. I do want to swap the tire for something less squirly but I’m spooked about wrecking my $1.5k toy

I keep watching a bunch of Videos on the tire change and I was not into doing all that before but just changed my mind in the past couple days.

After watching @TheBoardGarage vid on pint tires, I’ve also been tempted to swap for slightly wider tire. Look forward to hearing your feedback after you swap.

so along with the tire, I got some more Float Life grip tape.
which allowed me to try this next mod…
taking out the plastic.
and she is all back together.
I just rode it around a tiny bit inside the house …
can’t tell much with the tire yet.
the sensors are 1000 times better.
I can hop on and it activates.
and I was able to get my 2 and a half year old on there and he was rocking back and forth holding my hands and it stayed activated.
it would not work before with him…
