It mean one kind of capacitor break when inside machine for place component. Is component problem from bad batch. We replace reel already and check and fixing.
We use Siemens and Yamaha SMT machine. Is very good quality.
It fail our AOI and QC so we find this problem.
So clean. These are looking better and better each day.
