Fingers in ears la la la. Well I also have ordered parts from him… however someone I trust, who has been a part of this community for a long time, came to me and said this is the evidence. You need to enter the poles manually, from memory I think you need to click advanced or something to enable the option to change it? Might be totally wrong, been a few weeks since I set mine up and had to change it.
