I have a lot of questions. Are you guys going to use the same suppliers as before? For example Zenit for the deck? Are the escs going to be stormcores? Are there any plans to bring back the prototipo? Are you going to sell parts for diy? Any other brands you want to buy?

ChiBattery was great back when it was only Bara making packs in the basement. Once he grew to an actual business and had to hire more help, then expanded a couple times to larger warehouses and hire even more, his quality and care couldn’t be replicated by those who only does it for a paycheck…not that there’s anything wrong with that, but we are all riding on fire hazards so they have to pay extra attention to batteries.

typo’s were fixed
We plan to use the same suppliers for the time being. We do not plan on brining back the prototipo, however we do plan to sell parts for that board as well as for other boards. Furthermore, we have some projects in the works, stay tuned.

We plan to offer all parts, they may not be on the website, but we’ll be able to get the parts to support the older boards.

Is the deck and enclosure included in the list of parts?

The deck and enclosure are basically the only LaCroix-specific parts on the Prototipo, aside from the motor mounts and battery (which have had plenty of aftermarket options for those prototipo customers in need) so I dont know what he could mean if not that.

That would be great. Previously Lacroix had prototipo wheel pulleys and spacers on their website. So I’m hoping “providing parts” includes more.

The Nazare deck is something incredibly special. IDK what sauce when into it’s creation but it’s one of the best decks that I’ve ever stood on. It’s a shame that they aren’t in production anymore, and @Adamvos I would love to see them become available again.

Enclosure, yes 100%. The decks are a maybe, we haven’t gotten to prototipo deck production yet, so unsure, but we plan to offer as many parts as possible to keep older boards still kicking.
