LCD displays are notoriously cheap on Ali, you could cover it with a sheet of plastic glass or something and assuming the graphic wasnāt too detailed you could even frit overtop of it and still see through.

Maybe we should start a thread or a telegram group for this. Iām planning an electric drift trike build this spring/summer. So is @Paul77. It needs to handle my 200lbs with plenty of power.

Definitely down for that! Iām rebuilding 15 shriner carts and am desperately trying to convince them to go this route and not an ebay kit.

They canāt even ship at the moment; supply chain issues and all that. And before that, I was this close to ordering a set but they stopped shipping outside Europe.
So far all have is the trike and the wheels/ tires. Still in the look at everyone elseās stuff phase to lock down my build but itās definitely coming.
It would be cool to discuss with other who have and are building a trike.

a clear deck, with a bigass pcb battery, see through enclosure, and animated graphics on top.
or could we maybe pull off a tiny angled projector hitting the clear deck to produce a hologram effect, and ditch the screen entirely?
