Thank you @Dinnye :call_me_hand:
@Blise518B I got some reading to do very nice

Love the deck love that you say good things about the hubs I’m starting to get really excited thank you for your thread :star_struck:
@Venom121212 would you be interested in maybe a group buy? I know you got some cool looking boards

Its mostly about the push assist. Its still work in progress but definitely possible. If you want some more Infos about the build itself let me know.

how’s the clearance with the drop through because that’s exactly what I would want
so nice and sleek :sunglasses: but I would worry about clearance if it’s too low

Clearance Is not great but its good enough. With 100mm hubs The highest step I can climb is around 50mm and at that height it does not scrape. Only time I scarped so far if there is a deep rain drain in front of a sidewalk step.
Sone of my belt drive setups had a lot more problems with steps than this board.

No idea how the latest esc is. I have one that’s 1 or 2 gens older. It is usable, packs quite the punch, even on 2wd. It is plagued by some weird stuff like delays when letting go of the throttle and it’s jerky

Could be that all problems are solved with the latest gen but i have no clue.

Haven’t a bunch of the newer Meepo ESCs been catching on fire lately? I’ve seen a few video posts on Reddit the past month-ish about that.

I sent him a pm a few hours ago. Probably takes a while until Kieran answers.

that’s new for me.

oh wait, there was one post but I don’t know what the cause was.

I would probably do it with a vesc based ESC and some decent batteries

Two of these shouldn’t be too bad on your wallet

Reading into the comments, it seems like the theory is it’s packaged too tightly, which causes the wires to rub and dent/rupture the capacitors.

How does a set of hubs and truck cost more than a meepo v3??
Is it like printers where they don’t make money on the printer, but make it up(and then some) on the ink?
