These are my 36T wheel sprockets. I made them to fit both mbs Rockstar 2 and trampa superstars. Theyāre 7075 aluminium. I just made 2 sets.
8t motor sprocket. In tool steel.
Ratio is 4.5:1
Chain is ISO 06B.
My motors are 130kv. So I can get away with this gearing.
Iām looking forward to knowing how long this lasts. I was snapping belts with mud every ride almost. It ads up fast.

I might actually turn up motor amps a bit.
When I am towing it is usually just one of the kids. So letās call that 70 lbs with tht trailer.
So this set up has to move 320lbsā¦
With a couple hills here and there.
It was doing it well on the 8s.
What are the motor amps at now?
I think I just put them at 85.

The one thing Iāve learned lately is that everything else the same, I was consistently setting my motor max too low over the years. Even with a low battery max, you can often crank the crap out of the motor max with excellent results.
