@b264 did you try kevlar belts / metal core belts ?
You could also try herrington ones, donā€™t quote me on that but iā€™ve read somwhere itā€™s less likely to wear (?)

how many belts do you go through per a year?

I was going through a small handful of belts per year. Maybe 3 or 4, topps. Absolute max.

Now ā€” itā€™s like every few days I snap another one. I can already feel another one getting weak. Just ordered more from AliExpress today.

I mean I could turn down the power and solve most of those problems. Butā€¦ yeah who wants to do that.

What pulleys are you using? Id start with a 44T and adjust the motor pulley accordingly since bigger pulleys are less stress
