Raptor owners scavenge grounds

Soooo, no new sleeves / wheels for us Raptor owners…?

Any motor or wheel bite problem?
Which motor did you bough?

So sold out pretty much of all putter wheels l had? Do people still after some more? Or nah

So I’m trying to make the mold, but I don’t want to dissect my wheels sleeves into parts. Does anyone have any extra used, or banged up 90mm and 100mm wheels to donate to me. I just need any old wheels and get the plastic cores out to experiment on a couple tests either epoxy, pla, abs or casted soft to firm cores.

6 pack? And what location are you in so I can purchase a label later next week.

6 beers. Im in Australia

Deal haha alright.

Your location just says cedarburg. Google maps tells me WI, USA, is this correct? Will get shipping quote for you once confirmed

Yep it is. What brand beer would you like.

Man these crossover wheels are a pain to design starting to get some lagg making a hex style treading.

These are the 100mm wheel sleeves before making the mold. Also I have 90mm drawn out. Was thinking of making a 110mm heavy duty wheel sleeves.

The 110 seem a bit excessive for the board, but if you need someone to test the death trap wheels im all for it

XD death trap wheels i like the name. Well im looking to either getting a 70A or 90A PU resin casting. Might end up going for 90A making it more of a medium to hard firm PU. First I need to finish the Crossover wheel and send it to a fella on the forum with a CNC Mill to get the mold made out of aluminum. And ill be ready to cast the wheel. Ill only charge you shipping and the total cost of the Casting. In any case if the cast holds out and works really well as intended, if they somehow doesn’t work out ill try adding in a reinforcement material in the PU.

Im from belgium, where are you?
We can come get it.

Im all for being a tester of the wheels cause i like in North Dakota and are roads are shit, cracks and bumps the whole 9 yards, if they can survive here they can survive anywhere

Sure thing and just so it makes it easy just pay for shipping, and however much you can add extra then it will help me get more PU resin to work with. Gotta get more mold release and a new mixing cup atm.
