Pollen allergies

Working on a lot of stuff actually. Weather is nice so i cant complain. Borders are gonna be open so prepare for a group ride

sheeit! My heat allergy currently has reached the point where it doesn’t trigger, even at 30c+.

(i think i told you why it did that?)

My body is ready! Can’t wait to finally meet you in person.

What would it consist of? Work out tips, supplement discussion and such and an ab off? Lol!!!

i made a thread, i think anything fitness wise can be posted from tips to pics and general talk about it

This blows my mind.

Coast to coast on a scooter.

How is the scooter driving itself with no rider?

OMG it blows my mind why you’d choose camouflage to wear for that. Why not neon orange high-visibility wear?

Ohhhh, I see what you mean. He’s rocking a neon safety vest in other pics.

I went out for a ride tonight to try practice falling, rolling, and running off the board properly so I ended up in a good alongboarding spot and ran into some acoustic boarders and tried a bit of… eskate outreach

Also this has inspired me to try and find eskate people nearby so if there’s anyone else from Ireland around here give me a shout

okay not gonna lie this looks fun af

Oh it’s great! I’m not a great skater so we went a bit gentle but the others were so in control and able to keep it together, I gave them my number and I’m 100% gonna try something like this again

I wonder how many of them your board could haul

how many cars you think the PSYCHOFRAME could pull?? haha (with traction lol)

I was thinking this as well; basically while extra weight (and resistance but whatever) decreases the top speed a bit, it impacts acceleration a loot more. Takes a lot of work to accelerate a big mass, doesn’t take as much to maintain a mass at its speed, you just gotta overcome rolling/air resistance and back EMF.

So if you have a long enough straight you can get a really like unreasonably big amount of boards going, it’ll just take a while. If you gear your board for torque (I had just mixed mine up for like ~14% more torque instead of top speed) and add more, lower Kv, motors, you can pull a lot of people.

How many planes you think E-toxx’s board could pull? lmao

I think you’d need really good battery, esc and motors that can give/take the amps needed to give the first moving motion tho

So you’re right the ESC would need to be fairly chunky to handle very high motor currents, but the battery less so. This is a bit of a simplification but:

  1. Power through a given point is (volts)x(amps). P=(V)x(I).
  2. The ā€œvoltageā€ at the motor side is effectively determined by speed. So low speed = low ā€œvoltageā€
  3. Let’s pretend voltage at the battery is constant (ignore voltage sag) and that power in ā‰ˆ power out (low losses in the ESC)
  4. So at low motor speed, even if the motor is drawing like 100A, the power of (V)x(I) is reasonably low, let’s say 400W.
  5. Low motor power means low (+ a little for losses) power at the battery, 410W.
  6. 210W at 42V or 50.4V or whatever, leaves you with P/V=I ā‰ˆ 10A at the battery

Edit: as a final note, motor current is proportional to torque. Torque ā‰ˆ Force = (Mass)x(Acceleration). Want to accelerate hard, or accelerate a lot of mass, need a lot of torque and therefore a lot of current. Gross over simplification as usual

Imma try to design a case for a step down modual I got

If I don’t update I gave up bc of my pc :joy:

Edit: fuck this fusion 360 crashed 2 times now

remember that time we turned the online users settings all the way up? hahahah

I forgot where the final screenshots are.
