ok but stopping at red lights then blasting the throttle and accelerating faster than cars HAS to be the most fun part of eskating
replaced the belts too after i shattered some today
We should get bnoll to do a shoot once I have a pretty board again
Yes please with that skyline
Weāre gonna do a photoshoot when the Cyboard is done and polished. I should get on thatā¦
people we need 16:9 aspect ratio not portrait images!!
We are currently in the process to make new parts for it. I think the motor mount panels are out of stock.
ok thanks, i will keep an eye out
fk me, nearly shat my pants
@Nacho no meepo motor GB happening. They couldnāt fit thicker wires and price wouldnāt make sense due to increased cost.
Has anyone thought about selling all your boards and getting a ebike?
NO
ILLEGAL
Honestly yes.
- Itās a larger platform and can hold more battery without looking goofy.
- They have lockable spots everywhere for them.
- they have paths all over for them and are widely more accepted
- you can go way faster, way more safely on them (also a personal negative)
- they can handle way more severe terrain (keep running into sick mtb trails with features too narrow or rocky for emtb)
- you can keep moving them if the battery dies
I just love the feeling of mastering something that requires skill. I could ride a bike when I was 5. I couldnāt analog mountainboard until I was 10 and I didnāt build an EMTB until 25. Anyone can ride a bike. Skating is fun because of the challenge and tactical engagement imo and thatās what I keep circling back to.
Iād love a sick ebike like a sur ron, cake, sondors meta cycle, or onyx still but I could never cut ties with esk8.
The reason I havenāt made an ebike is because I have nowhere to keep it because of its size. I would have a low end ebike already if I could.
Not getting/buying one but rather build one Iāve always been a 2 wheel kind of guy and a builder/ DIYer
