wiper arm puller
I used that exact one to get a motorspur off a geardrive last week.
just one thing: you may have to put a small screw (m4 probably) in the middle of the spindle to press on the motorshaft. It’s too big otherwise.
Quick question on the sound that comes from braking:
So after I’ve changed my gear, and had to DIY the pulley, I’ve noticed a weird clicking sound when braking as if it’s either skipping or sliding. Does it mean that my pulley system is loose? Or is there something else?
This is the current tension of the belt. I will wait for the other belt to arrive to see if it’s just the belt itself.
Is it possible your key is rattling inside the pulley?
I’ve also heard sounds like that when the motor mount bends a bit or is loose and the belt starts hitting the edge of the pulley
The key is locktite. So I’m sure it’s not that. It’s also locked with a secondary screw on the side. But, I think you’re on to something with that edge to the pulley.
I’ll see if it doesn’t happen when I change the belts. Thanks.
Edit: dunno why it said with twice…
Does anyone know anything about using software defined radio for a remote? How about using sdr to copy/replay a remote signal?
I’ve got a HackRF with a Portapack, I guess I should try it.
Btw. Any news on the 5" tire production?
Rims are in stock, tires on the water and tubes expected to air freight in August.
