I can’t comment on compatibility with bergs, don’t have any experience with those mounts.

okay cool, well ill wait for somone else to hopefuly chime in on that one then.
My experience is 8mm is “extremely ridiculously terrible” and 20mm is “not enough” and 30mm is barely enough to be comfortable but does work.
25mm might be tight but workable. Try to get a few more millimeters. Put griptape on the motor can and sand the deck if you need to.

yes, it all depends on road condition and how u treat those motor. i run my TBDD with 90mm and stop caring about them clearance since day one, so ymmv

ok, i might just ride it and see how it goes. put all my weight on one side and it doesn’t come near to touching the deck, so maybe it’s ok.
what motor mounts do people recommend for bergmeisters?

I mean if your vesc currently has the ackmaniac firmware flashed.

On the firmware tab, what firmware does the vesc tool state you have? 3.103 is ackmaniac.

If you have stock unity firmware. It’s 23.46. vesc tool sees that as too new.
Use focbox ui. Or force install VESC/bldc 5.1 on it.
