Buying from american sellers isnt a good option for me, prices are really high once you factor in shipping costs. This pulley on aliexpress claims to have 48t and 16t that will fit for a 70mm wheel. All of the listings are like that. Do you have any idea why? Here is an example:

Looked for packaging foam sheets on ebay but all the fast sellers are on vacation

Got neoprene, it’s terrible to press in and in time it loses “pressure” until everything just flops inside

We ended up using a blow torch…
If i make a 12s2p battery and i add a 12s bms that says 36v does that mean it charges at 36v? Or does it mean it will limit the output of the battery to 36v (sorry if all of this is stupid im new to electronics)
You can use cardboard and make a filler with it until you can get some foam. You can cover the cardboard with a mat you have so that it doesn’t lose its shape.

if a 12s bms says 36v, something is seriously wrong
12s should be 50.4v

Yeah you need to replace that. It is puffy.
If its hard, be worried and really get rid of it as soon as possible. If its still soft, you have time to dispose of it but you probably should not continue using it.
You can find ways to properly dispose of these cells just by googling it quickly. I have usually soldered a high resistance resistor to the battery leads and let the battery slowly discharge to zero outside my apartment. Then when its done, take it to a place that accepts old lipo batteries. I know that some ppl also submerge these in salt water to discharge them.
