Awesome for you UK/EU guys congrats @Anubis
Yeh, I’ve recently got the maytech controller and really like the dual trigger style, but it is significantly bigger than the evolve dual trigger remote.
EDIT: I do find it more comfortable.
I hope there won’t be any pitchforks out for a choice there. That looks solid regardless!
12s3p with pneumatics is 1:1 with the evolve ranges, but with way more power lol
The flipsky ones are more sealed than the maytechs.
Might need to snag a set of those pneumatics
Ben wrote a good motor comparison post here:
Personally I choose Maytech motors due to better QC and them being the OEM, but if I was on a budget I’d go with the new flipskys for sure.
Flipskys are OEM, you can tell they made it themselves because there are QC issues
Woohoo are you organising the gb for the puck? Gotta get in on this.
Oeh ive wanted a puck for a while now
14 inch hanger or with axles included?
If you do organize a group buy for the puck, it might be worth getting the puck-puck-bruce models from Derelict Robot Industries. I’m pretty sure most people would prefer that over the regular, which they can get in europe anyway:
Also will the hummie deck be better manufactured next round?
Better manufactured? What was wrong with it. 14 inches including axles, i think it fits dual 6380 but no promises.
@rusins cheaper than that though
Without the dents and an even spread carbon layer on top
Im fine with them already ofc, but hummie said something about it after i did mention this
IIRC, that dent in the top right is impossible not to have when the width is so wide
@Anubis Are 6" tyres available for sale? I can only see complete wheels with 6" pneumatics in your eshop. Cheers.
Tyres alone? Not really (The rims I sell now fit I think all the evolve tires so kinda expect buyers to switch to those when they get a puncture, although I have some clever 6" tires/tubes spare
Right. The problem with 6" Evolve tyres though is that they are currently unavailable.
Ah they’re available in the UK shop. I’ll grab some spare sets next time for EU folk
They are indeed. I always only look at the German shop. Thanks.
Edit: Ah, they don’t ship to EU.
