New Lacroix Model -> Nazare

I saw some users mention some disconnects occurring, are those severe enough to throw someone off like that? I had good luck with the Nano and never experienced any issues like that so I’m not sure how the board reacts. I assume if it happens at the wrong time it could cause a crash.

How loose are those :open_mouth: I can barely make a 2 lane turn on SR TKP’s

What bushings you using?
My tkp on a hummie deck were Carvey as hell.

87A Fatcone and 87A Krank Magnum up front. In the back 90A Fatcone and 90A Krank Magnum. (Listed roadside then boardside) On an Evo 36. It’s the setup @RipTideSports reccomended

That’s probably why.
Evo is a speed deck. Im not sure how those built in angles affect tkp compared to rkp.

Alrighty… Once I got going like 10mph (unpowered night I say) it made it easier to turn 90 degrees. I just can’t get tight 180 degree turns…

Unity was Updated to the latest Firmware. Don’t worry about it, I personally do it on every unit, I also check for everything that can go wrong. We’ve been running unity on our board for the past year from the alpha to the one currently in production without any issue.

Stock bushings and I weigh 85kg.

I think it’s the combo of your deck and your weight that’s limiting you. Not sure about your bushings. I’ll admit the stock ones are pretty soft for me but I’m very comfortable with them.

I just wanted to mention that I rode a LaCroix Nazare Lonestar this weekend in DC. It’s a life-changing experience, let me explain why.

On most builds a board will do most everything pretty good but one thing great. That is usually comfort, speed or torque in some application. The Lonestar does all of these perfectly. The combination of Hypertrucks, 6389 motors and massive battery delivering a metric shit ton of amps combined with the re-designed deck with an island of real estate lets you go faster, carve harder and just generally be a frikkin madman while not really surpassing the skill level you had before you started.

I am not normally known as a ‘smiley’ but i was grinning ear to ear after a short ride, i was grinning even bigger after we ‘accidentally’ found ourselves on a highway by Rock Creek Park doing 35mph trying to find a way off…good times, good times .

Anyways, I can’t say enough about this thing. It really is epic in execution and use. If you’re on the fence GTF OFF! and get one.

Wow. That’s one hell of a glowing, bearded endorsement! So, you’re basically saying I’m gonna need to sell off about $4k in ESk8 parts so I can experience ESk8 perfection? Ugh.

That pretty much sums up what I said and what I’m doing . I tried hard to get Alex to sell me one in DC.

Would this be your first pre-built if you buy it?

My first was a benchwheel, actually it was my kids but we both shredded it to pieces. That was years ago.

I am just completely infatuated with the lonestar. The build itself is elegant, from the electronics and battery to the trucks to the deck and enclosure.

Had I waited a year I could’ve bought this, but then I wouldn’t be a builder either. If I had the moolah now though, I’d snap up a Nazare (not Lonestar) in an instant.
