You should get 12 miles on those batteries. Weight is the ultimate equalizer.
Get the BMS too. And you need velcro and 2x 5s balance extendors. you have ebay?

They will go from the lipos to the BMS harness
How would I be able to charge the lipos without taking off the enclosure every time
The BMS will be connected to a charge port on the side of the enclosure and you will plug in the charger. laptop style.
