I got the tiny wheels on the Demonseed.
And it looks dope like that with the TKP.

Yesterday was an epic spring day.
And I rode a bunch!!!
It was a moist type day so the Onewheels got most of the action.
Lunch break ride on the GT
I actually ventured out on the Pint X around the neighborhood after school pick up.
That is a bit of a trip…
A bit later I met up with my buddy Drew and we went on a most epic Onewheel ride.
Exploring new paths.
And then we got lost in the University Golf Course paths and that is about as good as it gets.
No one around since it was sprinkling.
Epic views.
And golf cart paths that ar like a roller coaster.
The GT did really good rolling up some pretty steep parts.
It was really something special…
And later on I got out on the Gravel Boi to go play Ping Pong at Benji’s and after we had a little bit of a ride.
It was the first time this year late late at night that it felt super nice out!!!
Tona of miles!!! Tons of fun!!!

Today was cold and gloomy…
But I still got out at lunch on the Gravel Boi
I rode over to play more ping pong at Benji’s.
Then I stopped downtown for lunch.
And took the long, long way home on the gravel trails.
I struck such a good balance with this board.
It can really go anywhere and feels good the whole time.

But after pick I did go out on the GT and braved the cold rain for 8 miles.

Welp.
I got a wild hair up my ass today…
I want to put a Little Foccer on the Pint X…
I can’t go all out and build a Vesc Onewheel right now, so this is a way to dip my toes into it with just buying a controller…
The biggest attraction is bumping the top speed up to 20 mph from the 17…
Which should actually inspire me to take it out on the streets more.

This past week was spring break.
We packed the van and headed south to Rogers Arkansas for the week.
Can you spot the boards in there???
I decided to take the GT and the Gravel Boi.
I think last year I took the Pint X and the Gravel Flux…
The little Cabin was really lovely
North West Arkansas or NWA is some kind of Mecca for mountain biking and there is an insane amount of trails every where, both paved and off road.
It’s totally overwhelming and I barely scratched the surface.
I only rode the Gravel Boi one day I think, and I got out on the GT a little bit more.
I didn’t go off on my own on epic rides and kinda hung around the kids. But even then I got a bit of riding in and quite enjoyed myself.
It’s nice being away and exploring new places.
We headed home early on Thursday night because Tornadoes were coming Friday and it is also nice being home.

Back home the GT got the first piece of action and I went exploring new mountain bike trails that were finally dry…
It’s amazing how much cool shit I have within a couple miles radius from my house…
Believe it or not I need to get out more.
Right after riding the GT I decided I wanted to take the Gravel Boi to the same trails…
And I had one of those mind of an addict moments.
— I kinda want to build a capable off road DKP set up.
I wonder if that would get around these single track trails better.
Realistically I am going to mess with the bushings on the Matrix III s and go out on a loose set up to see how it goes.
Oh yeah.
When I went out there was a tornado warning and rain was coming.
I was actually on the trails when it started.
And after it started it came down HARD…
most rain I had ridden through…
And I achieved a new badge which was riding through hail…
Which hit my front ear a couple of times, and wow. That shit really hurts.
The board comes out nice and clean.
And so far it is still working…

Later on that evening it was lovely out and I took the Pint X for a stroll around the neighborhood.
I am trying to get hyped on it to open it up to Vesc it.

Yesterday during the day there was no riding…
But in the evening I rode to go play ping pong at Benji’s house and stretched it out on my way back home.
I have been using cheap headlights recently and like the concept along with the shredlights.
I decided to drop big bucks on a nice set of headlights and my mind was totally blown by how good they were…

Today is a hard day…
Last day of vacation…
Back to reality tomorrow…
I put the Flux on the bench to open it up to try to fix the DV6P…
I only got as far as taking 5 of the 500 enclosure bolts out…
I hooked up with Daniel and we went Onewheeling on the mountain bike trails and it was awesome…
It’s super nice out so as soon as my wife gets back I hope to get out some more.

Speaking of pads I got some new pads to try in my Beyond Riders armored summer shirt.
they are from RevZilla and are CE level 2, but they are extra light and pliable…
They right off the batt the jacket seems to sit better.
I will probably get a set for the Lazyrolling hoodie too…
I am perpetually on the search for upper body protection to wear when it’s brutal summer here.
What has caught my eye most recently is a small fortune so I am struggling to commit.
The Knox Urbane MK2 shirt, or the newer MK3.
I just saw it’s on sale down from 300 bucks so I might have to send it…
