heel straps were great for control.
wow.
and being able to jump 90 degrees.
I did not slam. thank goodness.
one time I could not break fast enough and slammed into a log and teetered to a nosewheely. would have definitely tried to bail that one.
and the other time I got stuck and was going to go down, but this nice tree was just behind me and I just got to lean back…
the other day riding freshies I had a hicup with the remote on the Demonseed.
and once again a few days later.
I flashed 23.64 back onto the Unity…
since they all seem to want to miss behave one with 5.01 or 5.02.
hic up was still there.
so I ordered a new remote.
the mini I have on here is 2 maybe 3 years old.
riding the other day I also dragged the enclosure turning, and on a tiny road bump.
so it has to go higher…
and I am putting on my newer flipsky 6374 motors replacing the old flipsky 6384s I was never a huge fan of.
So to go higher I decicded to use BN adjustable baseplates.
adds 16mm.
a bit more than just top mounting.
but I wanted the drop through look.
also I am going to use the BN xl mounts because apparetly I managed to bend the regular ones…
Good deal. The hardware is way too short for double anyway. I saw someone say you can drop them through but idek how that’s possible. Can’t wait to give it a pump around the block.
These are all parts I had around.
Just needed to bring them together.
DB Paradigm 41 deck.
Psychotiller Argonaut enclosure.
TB 218s with BN 220 hanger in the back.
10S4P 30Q pack.
Flipsky 6.6 Dual Plus.
Flipsky 6384 190kV motors I just took off the Demonseed.
14/40 BN Mounts and pulleys.
TB 110 74a.
It was nice to just slap parts together.
the build went fast.
I had to repair a crack on the edge of the enclosure and used JB weld plastic bonder and a piece of abs. turned out good.
and off course truck bed liner.
this one got every thing taped to the deck which is what I have been doing more lately it seems.
and a layer of butyl tape around the edges because I am a fan now.
I mean… seriously…
so I stole a pulley from the Dinghy and went back out.
and then I got to have a nice ride.
I decided to go top mount.
I love the look and feel of drop mounted decks but I have changed my perspective some and am now leaning towards having clearance.
Maybe I can blame this on the Llama. it sits high and has clearance and is still fine to ride.
So the Demonseed is getting jacked up with BN adjustable mounts.
and so will the Rayne Crush.
