the vx2 can go up to 250mm ngl maytech should of done that too

Esc and relive say I got ~12 miles in on my ride…
Remote says 42 miles. Definitely off but how? It’s just polling uart data I thought. I wonder if multiplying the remote menu wheel diameter by 12/42 would offset the issue.

Lol the same thing happens on mine, it’s very odd because the speed is usually accurate
How odd, my speed was waaaay off. Full throttle was claiming 25 mph but I know I was right on the edge of 40.
Hmm what’s your ratio set as? And are you VESC speed?
Yeah set to vesc for display data, connected via uart (not motor or phase wires). Gear ratio is 5:1

Same for me. No but in the remote what number did you set it to? Mine is set to 2.7 because 15:40
Set to 5. Wheel diameter only goes to 200mm, I’m on 225 but still. You’d think that would make the speed go down but not that much. The distance ought to be lower than real as well.
Interesting. I’ll check speed on mine and see what it says next time I ride too

yeah I noticed it too lol but I like how he said “waterproof remote” at 2:27 but if you look closely almost at the end he used a ziplock bag for it. He did use it without the bag tho, possible trouble shooting with it?

yeah not worth submerging it ( even tho the pcb itself is in resin and the battery too I think, but not the screen or both triggers)
Got mine for 85 with shipping and it’s better compared to the VX2 for the price
I took mine to a group ride and pretended to accidentally drop it in my water glass when we stopped for lunch. I wish I was recording their faces

3 clicks for the 1 and 4 for the 2
