Looking to get a prebuilt usa

Hi so I’m relatively new to esk8. I own a blitzart hurricane currently. I would love something with more power and range. Not at tires, i’d prefer something that has good torque for going up hills, and good range. I was/am looking at momentum boards so i’d love to see what people think of that. The momentum tarmac with about 22 miles of range is what i was looking at. I’m not against at wheels so if you know of something cool with at shout it out. It’s just more expensive. My budget is 1.5k, i’ll stretch it to 1.6k if i have to. I’ll be buying around xmas. Mostly used for climbing hills and just riding for fun as my commute to school is only 5 miles round trip. Thanks in advance

For your two top criteria, I’d check out metroboard.

bad range. verreal is having a great deal and i may jump on that

Boosted extended got me 14 miles, plus they’re a USA company so getting service and warranty coverage is easy.
For the Chinese boards. They’re all around 12-14 miles range going at moderate speeds, but they’re warranty is ass.

Spec wise and price, BKB is probably best for you. His vesc is already pre-setup. Deck has inserts installed, so all you have todo is really put the parts together.

Came to say this, was ninja’d.

Their single-drive option has plenty of power.

You can send your own deck if you ask in advance.

Your kits are the bomb, but missing the “prebuilt” part of the equation.

Would not go Verreal for now. Brand is slowing down and not really keeping up with their rivals.

I doubt $1.5k is enough for an LHB or Psychotiller board, but buying a used one would be a good option probably.

If you have only a 5 mile round-trip commute though, I’d suggest a short kicktail commuter board. Look at the Blue One

I would reccomend this https://www.meepoboard.com/collections/electric-skateboards/products/awd-pro or this https://www.meepoboard.com/collections/electric-skateboards/products/meepo-v3?variant=28384203047006
They both have a huge amount of torque i have a v3 on the way and i highly recommend meepo great customer service quality product low price

are you sure? There rs looks very good. Has quite nice specs too. https://verrealboards.com/products/verreal-rs-electric-skateboard-street-version?variant=29788175925293

This is the one i was reccomended by the official discord of r/electricskateboards. Currently I can afford to pay around 700-800$. I was planning on waiting but this board checks all my boxes. If you have another belt driven board that checks the boxes this one does-tell me. And soon. Im impatient lol. I’m planning to buy this on sunday/saturday unless plans change.

At that price, I stand corrected.

okay. Great! I’ll carry on with my plan then. Only bad thing I see is a stiff deck. But i’ll survive. Never ridden a flex deck so ill be fine

Since it’s a pre-order, might be good to drop them an email first and see if they’re on track.

alright. I’ll email them right now. They say on their store that it is expected to take 7-14 days to arrive but i’ll message to make sure
