Suspension designs like found on the bajaboard have leaning wheels but that would make this thread messy so non suspension designs mostly is the focus.

That looks pretty good! How well did it work? I’ve never done sandcasting or any foundry work, I’d probably want to start with something simpler than this though. I understand the problem of minimum quantity, I’ve been getting told the same thing-...
there is a lot of good into dropped by @Flexboardz in this old forum thread
but they are also here so ask them questions and quote stuff in their thread here
Hi guys,
This is a nomad post from the old forum. But the progresses of my project have been so erratic and slow that I have to adapt to Esk8 weblife.
At least, it gives me the opportunity to initiate it in the right chapter, Esk8 mechanic and not Esk8 built, first as it is not really electric so far and, moreover, as it’s its main objective/interest…
To explain my project, I have to confess that in a previous life, I have developped a leaning wheel design and produced (sort of) mountainboard…

The more information I look at the more it needs to be well organized.

Nice subject for a long thread!
As far as I know, there are 2 designs for leaning wheels : longitudinal design with longitudinal swing arms (like BMW streetcarver of Flexboardz) and transversal design with transversal parallélogram (like Leanskateboards) or double wishbone (like Baja and few others).
Suspension is another subject (fantasm?) (and Flexboardz has suspensions too)
